This highly moisture-resistant plastic adheres to a wide range of materials, making it ideal for projects that require water and chemical resistence,
Contains 1KG 105 Epoxy Resin, 200g 205 Fast Hardener
strong physical properties for structural bonding.
105 Resin is formulated without volatile solvents and does not shrink after curing.
It has a relatively high flash point and no strong solvent odor, making it safer to work with than polyester or vinylester resins.
105 Resin is designed specifically to wet out and bond with wood fiber, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals when mixed at the proper ratio with a West System hardener.
An excellent adhesive, 105 mixtures will bridge gaps and fill voids when modified with West System fillers and can be sanded and shaped when cured. West System fillers are very versatile and can be adapted to exactly what is required at the time, you can use tougher additives or ones easier to sand to suit your needs. For example 407, 409, 410 are all designed as fairing compounds, as their number increases they will get easier to sand, lower numbers are generally more dense.
With roller applications, it has excellent thin-film characteristics to flow out and self-level without “fisheyeing.” 105 Resin/207 Hardener mixtures cure clear so you can achieve a natural finish when coating with varnish.

West System Six 10 Thickened Epoxy Adhesive 190mL

Six10® Thickened Epoxy Adhesive combines the strength and reliability and excellent physical properties of a two-part WEST SYSTEM Epoxy with point-and-shoot convenience. The self-metering coaxial cartridge dispenses a gap-filling structural epoxy that bonds tenaciously to wood, metals, fiberglass and concrete. The tube comes with a static mixer that lets you lay down a bead of thickened epoxy with any standard caulking gun.
Six10’s shear thinning properties make it “thinner” as it’s worked. It can be easily tooled into a non-sagging fillet or used to wet out light to moderate reinforcing fabrics like fiberglass. The hardener provides a long open time but has fast thru-cure. Six10 stays workable in the static mixer for 42 minutes, making it practical for long or complicated assemblies.
Each tube of Six10 comes equipped with a static mixing wand.

This is a very strong filler that creates a smooth mixture, ideal for general epoxy bonding and filleting. It is also our most versatile epoxy filler. Often used in combination with other fillers, 406 can be used to improve strength, abrasion resistance, and consistency of epoxy fairing compounds, resulting in a tougher, smoother surface.

West System Epoxy Pump Set

Regular price €27.50Designed for convenient and accurate dispensing of WEST SYSTEM 105 and 205 or 206 hardeners. Mini Pumps ensure accurate metering of the resin/hardener mix and eliminate the mess involved with hand proportioning. The pumps mount directly onto the resin and hardener containers and have been calibrated to deliver the correct working ratio of 5 parts by weight of resin to 1 part by weight of hardener with one stroke from each pump. When the resin and hardener are in continual use, the pumps can be left mounted on the containers.

Regular price €13.95A pure white, hollow glass bubble-based, low density filler designed for filling and fairing of fibreglass. When the filler is mixed with WEST SYSTEM® epoxy at a ratio of 10% to 25% by weight, it creates a smooth creamy paste for filling and fairing over glass fibre repairs. The cured epoxy/filler is very easy to sand. Being white in colour the cured epoxy filler mix will be hidden easily behind paint or polyester gelcoat, but must be protected by further coats of epoxy if used below the waterline.

This highly moisture-resistant plastic adheres to a wide range of materials, making it ideal for projects that require water and chemical resistence,
Contains 5KG 105 Epoxy Resin, 1kg 205 Fast Hardener
strong physical properties for structural bonding.
105 Resin is formulated without volatile solvents and does not shrink after curing.
It has a relatively high flash point and no strong solvent odor, making it safer to work with than polyester or vinylester resins.
105 Resin is designed specifically to wet out and bond with wood fiber, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals when mixed at the proper ratio with a West System hardener.
An excellent adhesive, 105 mixtures will bridge gaps and fill voids when modified with West System fillers and can be sanded and shaped when cured.
With roller applications, it has excellent thin-film characteristics to flow out and self-level without “fisheyeing.” 105 Resin/207 Hardener mixtures cure clear so you can achieve a natural finish when coating with varnish.

FAIRING FILLER
410 Microlight is the ideal low-density filler. When you blend it with epoxy, it creates a light, easily-worked epoxy fairing compound. It’s especially suited for fairing large areas. We formulated Microlight to mix into epoxy more easily than typical fairing fillers. 30% easier to sand than most other epoxy-based fairing compounds. Epoxy thickened with Microlight feathers to a fine edge and is more economical for large fairing jobs. You can blend 410 into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/200 Series Hardener combination. We don’t recommend using 410 under dark paint, or on other surfaces subject to high temperatures.
