Regular price €17.50The Allen Racing wind indicator is balanced and comes in a variety of colours. The stainless stem fits the A4066 burgee clip. A balanced flag means that it is responding to the breeze and not to the heel of your boat. The long stem lifts it clear of the mast for extra sensitive wind detection.

Hawk Wind Indicator

Regular price €35.50Lightweight with a balanced arm and the Hawk “V” jewel bearing surface this is the ultimate in Wind Indicator Technology.
The Vane arm is made from super tough Nylon giving good rigidity and UV Protection.
The support rod is high grade aluminium allowing it to be bent if required or straightened should it be knocked or damaged.
The easily removable mast clip can be mounted either vertically or horizontally and is easily removed without tools.
Adjust and lock the reference arms at any angle for quick, at a glance indication, of either gybing or tacking angles.
Use: Dinghies, Dayboats, Sportsboats up to 8m.

Allen Aerovane Lower Mast Mounted Wind Indicator

Regular price €23.95Aerovane - Lower mast mounted - Light, responsive and balanced for accurate wind indication.
Small Allen Aerovane with mast mount.
Perfect for use on dinghies and flag poles.
The mast mount collar is made from slightly flexible plastic. This allows the collar to be mounted to a wide range of spar diameters.
To attach to the mast use the elastic loop and stopper ball provided. Simply loop the elastic over the collar hook and slide the ball stopper tight against the hook.
This Aerovane features a built-in counterweight which ensures accurate indication of apparent wind angle. The counterweight also stops the Aerovane from “flapping” side to side in strong winds, which is common amongst other styles.
The Aerovane has been shaped to be large enough to read whilst remaining small enough to not create unnecessary drag.
When assembling, firmly push the Aerovane onto the rod until you hear a click. The Aerovane can be removed by pulling with force from the rod.

Allen Aerovane Mast Head Mounted Wind Indicator

Regular price €16.95Small Allen Aerovane – Mast head-mounted.
Perfect for use on dinghies.
The Aerovane features a built-in counterweight which ensures accurate indication of apparent wind angle. The counterweight also stops the Aerovane from “flapping” side to side in strong winds, which is common amongst other styles.
The Aerovane has been shaped to be large enough to read whilst remaining small enough to not create unnecessary drag.
When assembling, firmly push the Aerovane onto the rod until you hear a click. The Aerovane can be removed by pulling with force from the rod.
