Most sailors know about suitable gear to wear for their type of sailing, but we still come accross some people wearing items that should be banned from their sailing kit bag altogether! 1. Cotton Socks and Cotton Tops As a general rule cotton should be removed from all sports kits. Cotton retains moisture making your nice waterproof/breathable wet gear, or your beautiful Dubarry Ultima boots, inefficient. Meet us at the Ireland 2017 Angling Show this February.

Come and find us at the Angling Show in Swords - stand B6 on the 18th and 19th of February.  We'll be showcasing the Admiral Profish 560 Angling boat and our Rigiflex range of rescue, fishing and leisure polyethylene boats.   Our specialist Leighton will be on site to share his knowledge of our range of Mercury/Mariner outboard engines.  You'll also be able to have a look at our selection of Humminbird fish finders and get some advice from our trained team.
