This highly moisture-resistant plastic adheres to a wide range of materials, making it ideal for projects that require water and chemical resistence,
Contains 5KG 105 Epoxy Resin, 1kg 205 Fast Hardener
strong physical properties for structural bonding.
105 Resin is formulated without volatile solvents and does not shrink after curing.
It has a relatively high flash point and no strong solvent odor, making it safer to work with than polyester or vinylester resins.
105 Resin is designed specifically to wet out and bond with wood fiber, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals when mixed at the proper ratio with a West System hardener.
An excellent adhesive, 105 mixtures will bridge gaps and fill voids when modified with West System fillers and can be sanded and shaped when cured.
With roller applications, it has excellent thin-film characteristics to flow out and self-level without “fisheyeing.” 105 Resin/207 Hardener mixtures cure clear so you can achieve a natural finish when coating with varnish.

WEST SYSTEM 205 Fast Hardener® is a medium-viscosity epoxy curing agent. It is used at lower temperatures to produce a rapid cure that develops its physical properties quickly at room temperature.
When mixed with WEST SYSTEM 105 Epoxy Resin® in a five-part resin to one-part hardener ratio, the cured resin/hardener mixture yields a rigid, high-strength, moisture-resistant solid with excellent bonding and coating properties.
Pot life at 25°C | 10 to 15 minutes
Working Time (Thin Film) at 25°C | 5 to 7 hours
Cure to solid state at 25°C | 5 to 7 hours

West System fillers are very versatile and can be adapted to exactly what is required at the time, you can use tougher additives or ones easier to sand to suit your needs. For example 407, 409, 410 are all designed as fairing compounds, as their number increases they will get easier to sand, lower numbers are generally more dense.

West System Epoxy Pump Set

Regular price €28.95Designed for convenient and accurate dispensing of WEST SYSTEM 105 and 205 or 206 hardeners. Mini Pumps ensure accurate metering of the resin/hardener mix and eliminate the mess involved with hand proportioning. The pumps mount directly onto the resin and hardener containers and have been calibrated to deliver the correct working ratio of 5 parts by weight of resin to 1 part by weight of hardener with one stroke from each pump. When the resin and hardener are in continual use, the pumps can be left mounted on the containers.

301 Mini Pumps are calibrated to deliver the proper working ratio with one full pump stroke of resin for each one full pump stroke of hardener.

An easy to use, 2-part resin/hardener system for quick repairs, tooling and general bonding.
May be used in spot applications to hold parts in position while standard epoxy bonds cure.

What are the advantages of a monocular?
As they require only one eye, you can simultaneously keep your other eye on your surroundings when using your monocular – useful for when you’re out in the great outdoors. Monoculars are also easily adjustable on the go, making them a good choice for sailing.

Orders are shipped with both DPD Couriers and An Post.
All orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day where possible (Monday-Friday). Orders after this time will be shipped the next day. Once the item is shipped the approximate delivery time is 1-2 days
You will receive a tracking number when your items are sent. This tracking will show updates once your order has been collected by our couriers.
Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email.

Goods can be returned for a full refund plus any shipping paid at the time of purchase if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The PayPal account or card used originally for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount
If you are looking to exchange the goods for an alternative product or size, you will be liable for the extra shipping costs from our end.
Any footwear returned to us must be in its original condition, including boxes and footbeds.
Any items that we deem unhygienic will not be processed so please clean faulty goods if returning them.
Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned. Any item bought online can also be returned in store within the terms and conditions of sale, just remember to bring along your receipt.
