Regular price €44.95Ralph Morris's guide to the island of Anglesey and the North Wales coast was first published over 30 years ago. At that time it covered little more than the island itself. Over the years the pilot has been extended and it now provides information about tides, dangers, harbours and anchorages from Liverpool (marina) to Aberdovey (the same waters covered by Imray’s 2700 chart pack), plus the author’s own chart graphics.
This fully updated tenth edition is spiral bound for easy cockpit use, full colour, chart graphics, aerial views (courtesy of Google Earth) and nearly 100 original photos. It also makes reference to the most noteworthy event in recent years, the wholesale destruction of Holyhead Marina by Storm Emma in March 2018.
Ralph Morris learned his way around Anglesey the hard way - in a day boat with a single chart and a compass which one day chose to fail in fog. That's not the only thing which prompted the decision to write this pilot, though. The prime mover was the increasing scarcity of Henry Glazebrook's ‘Anglesey & North Wales Coast Pilot’, which has got him out of many tight corners. The detail and precision of Glazebrook’s "Anglesey & North Wales Coast " pilot, is legendary and, through this guide, the author hopes to maintain its accessibility to yachties sailing these waters.

We reserve the right to change these conditions for exceptionally large or heavy items or items of a hazardous nature. We will keep you posted of any changes to the best of our ability.
Inclusion of any product on our website is not a guarantee of it being in stock at the time of ordering. We stock one of the most comprehensive ranges of sailing equipment in the country. However situations beyond our control may occasionally result in an item(s) being temporarily unavailable.
- Items discontinued by manufacturers or that are no longer available: we aim to remove from our website as quickly as possible, but remember, we are only human after all.
- If we are unable to supply any item(s) within 7 days, you will be contacted by telephone or email to offer alternatives or cancel your order. Available to order items, marked to follow will be sent automatically when they become available. We do NOT make additional charges for this service.
- In any case, we aim to deliver goods within a maximum time frame of no more than 10 days from receipt of order. If we are unable to do this, you will be contacted to make arrangements for any necessary refund to be issued.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any online order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for whatever reason you may contact us by email at sales@vikingmarine.ie to organise a return.
All returns must be organised within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are available within the first 14 days after receiving your order. After this period we can offer an exchange or store credit.
Goods can be returned for a full refund plus any shipping paid at the time of purchase if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The PayPal account or card used originally for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount
If you are looking to exchange the goods for an alternative product or size, you will be liable for the extra shipping costs from our end.
Any footwear returned to us must be in its original condition, including boxes and footbeds.
Any items that we deem unhygienic will not be processed so please clean faulty goods if returning them.
Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned. Any item bought online can also be returned in store within the terms and conditions of sale, just remember to bring along your receipt.

If you have changed your mind on a non regular stock item that was ordered specially this can be returned for store credit only.
