Tylaska’s Trigger Snap Shackles are world renowned as the best sailing snap shackles that money can buy. Designed to be easily released one handed even under load, while also being extremely resistant to accidental release from flogging, vibration, or shock loads. Smooth flowing curves minimized the risk of fouling or snagging on other rigging or sails.
Tylaska has taken the venerable, tested, and optimized T12 Trigger Snap Shackle design and reformatted it into an ultra-lightweight delrin model called the LT100 Light Air Snap Shackle. As the name suggests, this shackle was designed to be used on your spinnaker sheets on very light wind days, when getting every ounce out of your light air setup helps keep your spinnaker full and ghosting you along. Also perfect for anywhere you need a light weight, non-marking, quick release connection such as fenders, boom tents, sail lockers, or even dog leashes.

We offer free shipping to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for orders over €80.00 (large, bulky and heavy items like kayaks and boats are excluded from free shipping). Orders under €80.00 will be charged a flat rate of €8.00.
Orders are shipped with both DPD Couriers and An Post.
All orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day where possible (Monday-Friday). Orders after this time will be shipped the next day. Once the item is shipped the approximate delivery time is 1-2 days
You will receive a tracking number when your items are sent. This tracking will show updates once your order has been collected by our couriers.
Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email.
