Outstanding sole protection and toe support make this All Purpose boot a must have for all water sports. Its soft lining and wide zippered opening make putting on the boots a breeze, even over a latex dry suit sock. Made utilising our proprietary 3D lasts to provide a more stable platform and wider fit than the average wet boot.


We recommend hand washing in warm soapy water and allowing to air dry.

Inspired by water, the Aquafleece® Neck Gaiter uses a combination of Aquafleece® and Polypro™ to make this a must have watersports accessory, providing protection from the elements without compromising comfort. Its multifunction design enables it to be worn as a neck gaiter, a beanie or a balaclava.

Aquafleece® has a Polyurethane coating on the outside for water resistance, durability and flexibility combined with a fleece inner layer to keep you snug and warm - a combination that works well when wet or dry. Polypro™ is a combination of Spandex and polypropylene offering a perfect material for use around water as its has a brushed ´fleece like´ inside to provide good thermal and wicking properties, whilst it also remains remarkably dry since the polypropylene material hates water.

Developed using the same principles as the Aquafleece® tops, these gloves combine the wind protection of a Polyurethane outer layer with the insulation of a fleece inner layer
This full fingered Aquafleece® glove with super grip (Amara) palm protection, gives maximum wind resistance at the back side of the hand whilst still maintaining grip for performance at the underside. Due to the nature of the Aquafleece® fabric, this glove has good manoeuvrability as it is not as bulky as traditional winter gloves that are made of neoprene.  


QUICK TIP: If you have got them wet on saturday and you are sailing on sunday - pour warm water into them and put your hands in - they will be toasty all day!
 

Laundry instructions

We recommend either hand washing in warm soapy water and allowing to air dry or turning inside out and machine washing on a gentle 30°C wash then tumble drying on a low heat setting.

Following the success of our Aquafleece top, combining the warmth of a fleece inner layer with the wind protection of a Polyurathene outer, we wanted to utilise these same qualities for our new Winter gloves. We have been working hard to further develop the material by increasing the stretch capabilities needed for a comfortable glove. The result is the all new Rooster AquaPro glove with new longer lasting ´Super Grip´ coated palm and velcro strap fastener around the wrist. This ´top of the range´ glove virtually eliminates the wind chill experienced with neoprene gloves whilst still giving the user the control and feel that you would expect from a top product.

Arguably the strongest tiller on the market, utilising space age technology.

Manufactured on a mandrill with pre-preg materials to produce the most consolidated carbon fibres ever! Each tiller is additionally wound with 45 degree twill to improve the tillers hoop strength and make it bash and crush resistant.

Fitted with a stainless steel plate to prevent traveller wear, and a cleat to allow easy and efficient use of a rudder pull down rope.

Tiller Types

There are TWO tiller type/styles available, either the standard profile or the low profile style.

The Standard type tiller is for the Laser hull built in the UK and Europe by Performance Sailcraft Europe from 1969 to March 2019. The current 'Laser' is built by Laser Performance.

Low profile type tiller is for the Australian built Lasers, the ILCA Ovington boat (UK March 2019 onwards) and the Devoti ILCA (EU) builders.

These hikers have been designed to Southern Hemisphere standards with 10.5" battern pads and 'diamond' neoprene to give both support and protection with longevity. The knee section of this garment has now been redesigned to give better protection to the knee with a built in knee pad coupled and stretchy material behind the knee to allow for a good fit on all leg sizes or on top of other layers such as a dry suit.

New non stretchy back panel now gives extra back support when the braces are crossed at the front.
Use lycra shorts to give you the right amount of grip and slip and prevent wear of the batten pockets from an abrasive deck.

The above chart is a guide to the size of hiking shorts that you will need for your particular 
build, where there is a choice between two sizes it is better to opt for the smaller size as
these will give less movement between you and the boat.

For the shorter, heavier sailors (you know who you are) the three quarter length shorts may

These hikers have been designed to Southern Hemisphere standards with 10.5" batten pads and 'diamond' neoprene to give both support and protection with longevity. The knee section of this garment has now been redesigned to give better protection to the knee with a built in knee pad coupled and stretchy material behind the knee to allow for a good fit on all leg sizes or on top of other layers such as a dry suit.
New non stretchy back panel now gives extra back support when the braces are crossed at the front.
Use lycra shorts to give you the right amount of grip and slip and prevent wear of the batten pockets from an abrasive deck.

The above chart is a guide to the size of hiking shorts that you will need for your particular 
build, where there is a choice between two sizes it is better to opt for the smaller size as
these will give less movement between you and the boat.

For the shorter, heavier sailors (you know who you are) the three quarter length shorts may
not be suitable unless your legs are particularly long in relation to your height!

Roosters ‘hottest’ base layer in the range, these thermal leggings use a combination of two of our most popular fabrics for the utmost comfort and thermal performance. The main ‘heat’ boosting properties derive from its 0.5mm titanium lined neoprene used at the upper front legs, seat and back of legs. This fabric is a clever material that works with your body to regulate your temperature, where the titanium lining reflects heat from your body back onto your body, rather than letting it escape through the fabric. Through combining this ‘Hot’ fabric with our soft and stretchy Polypro™ on panels where you want the maximum movement and breathability, crotch/gusset, waistband and upper sides, these leggings will give unrestricted performance.

Wear them next to your skin for the best performance. A great heat boost for underneath your other layers on colder days or on its' own for very active sports.

We offer free shipping to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for orders over €75.00 (large, bulky and heavy items like kayaks and boats are excluded from free shipping). Orders under €75.00 will be charged a flat rate of €7.50.

Orders are shipped with both DPD Couriers and An Post. 

All orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day where possible (Monday-Friday). Orders after this time will be shipped the next day. Once the item is shipped the approximate delivery time is 1-2 days

You will receive a tracking number when your items are sent. This tracking will show updates once your order has been collected by our couriers. 

Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email.

We reserve the right to change these conditions for exceptionally large or heavy items, items of a hazardous nature or if an item has run out of stock and has to be specially ordered. We will keep you posted of any changes to the best of our ability.

We offer shipping to all addresses in the United Kingdom for a flat rate of €24.95. We may not be able to ship large, bulky or heavy items. Please call for such items. Please note customs charges may apply.

Terms & Conditions - Please note that any items of exceptional size (volume, weight, length) may require a surcharge. In this event we will contact you in advance for approval. 
Certain items of extraordinary nature (Paint, Oils, Epoxy etc) may not be possible to ship depending on your location. In the even of an order being unsuitable for shipping we will refund your order immediately and contact you to confirm cancellation of your order.
We are unable to ship any liquids, paints, oils or hazardous goods internationally. 

We reserve the right to change these conditions for exceptionally large or heavy items or items of a hazardous nature. We will keep you posted of any changes to the best of our ability.

Inclusion of any product on our website is not a guarantee of it being in stock at the time of ordering. We stock one of the most comprehensive ranges of sailing equipment in the country. However situations beyond our control may occasionally result in an item(s) being temporarily unavailable.

  • Items discontinued by manufacturers or that are no longer available: we aim to remove from our website as quickly as possible, but remember, we are only human after all.
  • If we are unable to supply any item(s) within 7 days, you will be contacted by telephone or email to offer alternatives or cancel your order. Available to order items, marked to follow will be sent automatically when they become available. We do NOT make additional charges for this service.
  • In any case, we aim to deliver goods within a maximum time frame of no more than 10 days from receipt of order. If we are unable to do this, you will be contacted to make arrangements for any necessary refund to be issued. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any online order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for whatever reason you may contact us by email at sales@vikingmarine.ie to organise a return. 

All returns must be organised within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are available within the first 14 days after receiving your order. After this period we can offer an exchange or store credit. 

Goods can be returned for a full refund plus any shipping paid at the time of purchase if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.

Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The PayPal account or card used originally for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount 

If you are looking to exchange the goods for an alternative product or size, you will be liable for the extra shipping costs from our end.

Any footwear returned to us must be in its original condition, including boxes and footbeds.

Any items that we deem unhygienic will not be processed so please clean faulty goods if returning them.
