We are using different wall thicknesses on the inside of the tiller to achieve an ultimate stiffness/weight ratio, we have used the best, stiffest and lightest carbon fibres available, made a recess on top for the stainless steel wear plate and designed two different tiller end castings to achieve the lowest traveler settings for both. This combination of features creates an amazing light feeling when steering the boat.
