The fittings below are used on Optiparts school and racing spars but they can also be used as replacement for several other school and racing spars. Description
The DG30 cable gland is designed as an attractive low profile shape, which is available in various finishes. The entire DG series of glands are tested achieving the IP68 rating which ensures a perfect waterproof solution for various cable management applications. Each unit is supplied with clear fitting instructions and A4 stainless steel fixings. The tapered seal ensures that the hole closes completely, creating a watertight seal around the cable. Ideal for electrical cabling applications and ducting through bulkheads, decks, and panels – i.e. VHF, Satnav, GPS and Radar installations.

WEST SYSTEM 205 Fast Hardener® is a medium-viscosity epoxy curing agent. It is used at lower temperatures to produce a rapid cure that develops its physical properties quickly at room temperature.
When mixed with WEST SYSTEM 105 Epoxy Resin® in a five-part resin to one-part hardener ratio, the cured resin/hardener mixture yields a rigid, high-strength, moisture-resistant solid with excellent bonding and coating properties.
Pot life at 25°C | 10 to 15 minutes
Working Time (Thin Film) at 25°C | 5 to 7 hours
Cure to solid state at 25°C | 5 to 7 hours
Cure to maximum strength at 21°C | 5 to 7 days
