Loop High Load Ultra Wire Shackles

Regular price €63.50Loop High Load Shackles are more than 70% stronger than standard LOOP shackles at the same weight.
They are made from Gottifredi Maffioli Ultra Wire, which has a long-angle braided construction with an exclusive HTR treatment (pre-stretch and heat-setting), which is extremely light in combination with very high breaking strengths and minimal elongation.
They are an ideal lightweight, strong rope shackle that will not cause damage to your deck, hull or rig like a normal metal shackle would. Thanks to their flexibility they can be used everywhere, also in difficult to access locations.
They are also very easy to open by hand and they don’t sink immediately if dropped overboard!

LOOP Blocks are compact and lightweight multipurpose snatch blocks fastened with a LOOP shackle. The short LOOP minimises damage to the deck, hull or superstructure. The blocks are available with plain bearings or ball bearings. The ball bearing blocks have a two stage bearing: at lower loads the ball bearings minimise friction and at higher loads the plain bearing comes into effect.
Nice little block for many special applications. Due to the Dyneema® loop which is led thru the hollow axis, the block withstands very high load for its size. A perfect block for outside sheets, barberhoulers or 2:1 main halyards.

Loos Professional Rig Tension Gauge

Regular price €214.95The Loos professional tension gauges measure the tension in cables and rods from 3/32 to 3/8 inch in diameter (2.5 mm to 10 mm). These gauges are designed for setting the proper tension in the standing rigging of sailboats and also for other applications such as supporting cables for radio towers, large tents and other structures.
The gauges are relatively inexpensive and are designed to be suitable for rugged marine service. The "Professional Models" provide an increasing durability, accuracy and convenience of use.
The gauge may be hooked on the wire and will remain in position while the tension is adjusted. Manufactured of rugged anodized aluminum, this gauge is corrosive resistant and will give years of service. Detailed operating instructions are included with each tension gauge.
Professional Models - Higher accuracy and easier to use than standard models. The cable can be adjusted while the gauge remains on the cable. "Just watch the pointer move." All readings are based on 302/304 1x19 S.S breaking strengths.
The gauges measure tension over a range of approximately 5% to 25% of the breaking strength of the cable and provide an accuracy of + or - 5%.

Goods can be returned for a full refund plus any shipping paid at the time of purchase if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.
Items must be unused and still have their original packaging and labelling attached.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The PayPal account or card used originally for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount
If you are looking to exchange the goods for an alternative product or size, you will be liable for the extra shipping costs from our end.
Any footwear returned to us must be in its original condition, including boxes and footbeds.
Any items that we deem unhygienic will not be processed so please clean faulty goods if returning them.
Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned. Any item bought online can also be returned in store within the terms and conditions of sale, just remember to bring along your receipt.

If you have changed your mind on a non regular stock item that was ordered specially this can be returned for store credit only.
